Ever since we launched the FREE printable ID program,
we have receive numerous emails with questions regarding
how it works, costs, benefits etc. Here is a list of the
most frequently asked questions that we have answered. If
you like to submit a question that would be beneficial to

- What is the program all about?
This program is about sharing a safety resource. KIDSAFE
ID™ has developed an ID software that allow users
to print child IDs from our website. Our founder, Dr.
Richard Behlen made a decision to allow non-profit and
selected children websites to offer the same service from
their own site at no cost.
- Is this just a link from my
website to yours?
No. You may still do so
if you wish, but having a link makes your user leave your
website. We build you a mirror site that has the exact
look of your current site. Then, all you have to do is
link to it. We provide all programming work and hosting
for the mirror site. (

- What does it cost me to participate?
We provide this service at no cost to non-profit websites
and selected children's websites. We review sites everyday
and if you receive an email from our staff, chances are
we would like you to participate at no cost.
- What does it cost my users
to print an ID?
Nothing. It's free for you AND your users.

- Why is it free to print the
IDs? How do you guys cover the cost?
As our founder would explain, " It is
free because a child's safety is priceless".
A majority of our revenue comes from the health industry
professionals whom we have been working with since 1999.
We help them print child Ids for their own practices.
We also work with businesses and goverment agencies in
developing the ID cards with their own corporate branding.
- Do you have a written agreement
that I can look through?

- Is there any technical work
involved on my end?
No. All you do is link the mirror site to your main page.

- Can I charge my users for using
the service?
No. We provide this to you for free so you can share it
with your users for free.
- How can I start with the program?
Start by filling out the application
form. We will contact you within 3 days. When approved,
our tech team will build you a mirror site and provide
you with a link. You can then place this link on your
main page. You can
use a button or a plain text link.
- Besides participating in the
free program, how can I use the IDs for my own fundraising?
Good question. By April 1st, we will have pre-paid vouchers
available. You can purchase these vouchers at a discounted
price for fundraising purposes. Each voucher can be redeemed
on our voucher
site for a full card upgrade.
- What can I do to make this
program a success?
Tell your friends about it. Invite users to your website
to use it. Send out a press release. Announce it on your
site's newsletter. Launch a safety campaign on your website.
