1. Under this agreement, KIDSAFE ID™ seeks to provide a printable child ID service at no cost to non-profit organizations and selected children websites.

2. Users can print child IDs directly from their websites on their personal printer. Each printed child ID will bear the organization's name and website URL as the ID sponsor.

3. Upon approval of the applicant, KIDSAFE ID™ will build a "mirror" site for each participating organization's website. This mirror site can be a link directly of the main page of participating organization. Hosting for the mirror site is provided by KIDSAFE ID™ .

4. KIDSAFE ID™ does not store child info at any time. All information is deleted as soon as the user prints the child ID. There is no limit on the number of child IDs that can be printed by the user.

5. For each printed ID, KIDSAFE ID offers the user an upgrade - where the completed ID design is professionally printed on durable credit-card material for a minimal fee to cover the cost of material and shipping. Users are NOT obligated to make the upgrade.

6. KIDSAFE ID™ works with several corporate sponsors whereby; we may include free child safety products for upgrades such as fingerprint kits, child safety kits and so forth. These products are provided by individual sponsors at no cost to the parents.

7. User registration is not required at any time.

8. The estimated cost for development work, hosting and software is $1500. KIDSAFE ID™ will bear the entire cost for this initiative for selected participant and reserves the right to refuse any applications.

9. Unless stated beforehand, any additional customization work required by participating websites may constitute a service fee.

10. This program is allocated to a limited number of participants and is based on a first-come first-serve basis. Due to sponsorship and financial limitations, KIDSAFE ID™ is not obligated to provide the service at a later time other than the time it is being offered.

The printable child ID is intended to be a free service to the web community. KIDSAFE ID™ will terminate its service immediately to any entity that utilizes the printable ID service as an income-generator or any other purposes than it is originally intended.
